Our proposal will consist not only of pricing; but options, strategy, & production details and tentative schedule to be firmed up upon approval. We will accept Pay Pal for an additional 3% fee to cover the costs that pay pal charges us.
Pricing Policy
For our new clients with websites over $500 we have 2 billing options available.
Option One : Our 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 policy. Once you approve a proposal, you confirm your approval with a deposit of 1/3 of the total invoice. This starts the project. The 2nd payment of 1/3 comes when you sign off on the artwork and the remaining 1/3 is paid upon completion of the job, before it is posted live to your domain. This approach is usually best on large projects.
Option 2: 1/2 down and 1/2 upon completion of the project before it is posted live to your domain.
Web Projects for new clients that are $500 and under need to be paid in full upon booking.
If you have a small project or task that needs to be done quickly, our hourly rate of $65/hr. with a one hour minimum is available.
Consultation: In addition to our customized Design services, we offer consultations at the rate of $75/hr. with a one hour minimum. (If you want us to come to your house or place of business there will be additional fees involved.) Simply put, we will train you to maintain your own site and help you with any questions or problems you may encounter along the way.
Once you have established a good paying record (2 projects), your account will be put on a 15 day net billing cycle. However, some projects may vary. There are many different scenarios that can be applied to our billing procedures to help accommodate a client, just ask if you have something in mind. But usually, we like to keep it simple and the above outline usually works the best.
